No need to sacrifice? And you have read the book? The book talks about starvation! 2 days only vegetables. Two days 60 gr of protein... at some point 24 h without food at all... And the most important. They claim guarantee for 100% refund. For a month I've been sending emails and no one responds!

I did not learn anything new. Sorry but this is all old stuff and is trying to sell supplements which end up being the main name of your game.In order to follow what you wanted as the tried and true methods I would spend close to $200 picking up all the items you suggest and that is only for about 6 weeks worth. Not worth the money spent.

I how do I calculate percentage of fat in foods for day 7&8? Can I eat cheese? How do I prepare protein milkshakes? Meals plans where can I get them?

I purchased 2 week diet a few days ago, but finally got to finish reading today. I knew about IF, so this was nice to learn more about it. At first I didn't like the advertising of other products, but then I realized some people would want to know choices out there if they need somewhere to start. Very easy to read and understand the material - and it's doable! Can't wait to start and reach my goal weight! Thanks!

I've been doing the 2 week diet for a little bit over two weeks. I've lost a total of 7 pounds and I'm not gonna lie and say that it hasn't been tough. It definitely has but what diet isn't? The website said nothing about fasting but the book has a lot to say about it. At first I was very skeptical about fasting but it's honestly not that hard. I just wait to eat till lunch time everyday and then at dinner time. Maybe a snack in between but I eat whatever I want as long as it doesn't exceed my calorie amount. I honestly didn't need to buy the book but it was very helpful to get me some kind of idea how to start my diet. I don't follow all the guidelines in the 2 week diet only some and it's still working out for me. I also read that the 2 week diet is a knock off from the 3 week diet but I don't care. I bought this book and I'm happy with it.

I haven't started this diet yet, as I have some issues with all the other items they say to have and buy. They should put on the web site everything before you commit to paying. I had to pay over fifty dollars as I live in Australia.

The book is well-structured and easy to follow. It's not the usual boring stuff you get to read which yields little to no result. The shorter time frame makes it more interesting, it makes you want to strive and focus harder to reach that goal in just 2 weeks. The problem with most training programs is that they can hardly motivate you or sustain the little motivation that you have. BUT this book is different. Seeing results in JUST 2 weeks will surely boost your motivation.

I haven't started the diet yet. Im going to start next week. I think I need to re-read some things. It was a little confusing in some parts w calculating things. I also was a little disappointed with all the supplements you recommended to buy. In the ad it said no diet supplements needed. I was also hoping for like a daily meal plan template to follow. I like having something to go by in a template just for examples. I'm very visual. I also thought there would be recipes... And I'm not a coffee drinker so Idk if that's gonna effect the progress. I just can't stomach coffee. I don't like the idea of using nicotine either... But I'm gonna do my best to figure this out n follow it! I did like all your positivity though!

The red tea detox does amazing work if your whining to put in the effort just takes 5 minutes of you time each day and you will start to see results you can try it anywhere you are no need for paying lots of money for a gym membership

Interesting! This book said it all. I am recommending "The Red Tea Detox" on weight loss, to everyone that want to slim down. The good thing about this short book is that, it's not only for fat people but also for those who want to maintain their stature. It talks about how we get fat, how we can get thin, rapid weight loss and so on. You need to read this before you can understand what I'm talking about.

I honestly didn't expect to get this amazing result. This diet is actually great. It does exactly what is says it does, "Melt away 4 to 8 kg of body fat in just 14 days". After just 2 weeks, I now weight 7.3 kgs less! Of course it wasn't the easiest task in the world, since there's no easy way to lose fat, but this book helped me more than it should have. I would recommend it to all my friends that want to scrap off a few kilograms!

The 2 Week Diet is a wonderful book that I really enjoyed reading. Not only does it have scientifically-proven weight loss methods it also motivates you and gives you hope and faith in yourself. Once you start, you feel physically and emotionally lighter and better. Your self-esteem boosts, you accept and believe in yourself, and you are happy with your body. I have been on this diet for a few days now and this is what I feel. Losing weight fast became fun and possible!

Before I read Brian Flatt' s " The 2 Week Diet", and started implementing his diet plan, I was wary of catchy headlines promising fast weight loss. But this diet plan totally REASSURED me. This is not your typical " wave your magic wand and start shedding kilos" plan, this program is science- based and it works if you FOLLOW it (you feel see the first results in the first couple of days). And the best of all- it will not endanger your health. Implement it and your body will thank you.

I am seeing progress. I lost 5 pounds in week 1. I need to really drink more water my body is not liking the protein rich diet. I would appreciate more meal samples in the 2 week diet and how to count the calories for the meals in the later phase.

I have tried many different approaches to losing weight. From South Beach to Beachbody plans over the course of 10 years. The 2 week diet along with the plethora of information it details for you has by far delivered the fastest and most rewarding results that I have gotten thus far! I have learned alot over the years but this book has actually put it all into perspective for me so that I WANT to continue implementing it into my everyday life. Thank you so much for your time and effort into bringing this into fruition. 11 lbs in 2 weeks! I feel great and am going to do anither cycle as my goal is to lose 20.
